A uniquely coloured, thick broad bean with a good flavour.
The beans are best when freshly harvested and cooked. They then retain their beautiful light pink color. When dried, the beans turn bright pink.
Sow: From late February to early June outdoors in rows 15 cm apart and 50–60 cm between rows, at a depth of 3–5 cm.
Harvest: Approximately 100 days after emergence, from June to August.
Broad beans generally do not require additional fertilizer.
