COMPLAINTS
If, despite all due care, justified complaints arise, the seller has the option to replace the goods in whole or in part, or to refund the purchase price.
The seller's liability never exceeds the net invoice amount of the goods.
The buyer must provide the original packaging (for batch numbers).

DAMAGE, DELAY OR LOSS
If your order is damaged, delayed or lost in transit, you must contact us as soon as possible (within 7 days).

RETURNS
In the unlikely event you need to return your items, please contact us first by emailing info@easyseed.nl before sending anything back.
Shipments cannot be returned without prior consultation.
Return shipping costs are always the buyer's responsibility.
