Our flower seed mixes are the perfect way to achieve maximum impact with minimal effort in your garden, on your balcony, or in public spaces. At EasySeeds, we offer a carefully curated range of flower seed mixes suitable for a variety of purposes: from wildflower meadows to pollinator-friendly borders, from fast-growing seasonal color to sustainable perennial mixes.
Each mixture features a mix of flower varieties that complement each other in terms of bloom time, height, and color. You'll find combinations of annuals, biennials, and perennials, tailored to different growing conditions. This creates long-lasting blooms and a diverse appearance.
Many of our flower seed mixtures are specially designed to attract bees, butterflies, bumblebees, and other beneficial insects. For example, the "Beneficial Insects and Pollinator (annual mixture)" features 22 varieties of annual flowers, including sunflowers, poppies, marigolds, and cornflowers, all contributing to biodiversity.
Organic mixtures are also available for those who prioritize sustainability.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced gardener, sow the mixture, provide some care during the germination stage, and you'll be rewarded with a colorful and natural result. No complicated cultivation or transplanting is required, unless you choose perennial varieties.
Sow preferably in spring (April-June) or in late summer/autumn, depending on the mixture and climatic conditions.
Prepare the soil well: remove weeds, loosen the topsoil, ensure the soil has sufficient aeration and drainage.
Sow evenly, press the seeds lightly or rake them in lightly for fine seeds.
Keep the soil moist until the seedlings are firm enough. After that, maintenance is largely eliminated.
A flower seed mixture is a carefully composed blend of different flower varieties that together create a colorful, natural-looking field of flowers. These mixtures are designed to promote long-lasting blooms, biodiversity, and healthy soil. Easyseeds offers both annual and perennial mixtures.
Annual flower seed mixes bloom in the first year after sowing, but usually don't bloom again the following year.
Perennial mixes often bloom only in the second year, but then return for several years. A combination of both ensures a long flowering period and lasting floral splendor.
The best sowing time is from April to June, when the soil has warmed up sufficiently. Some mixtures can also be sown in the fall (September–October) for quick germination in spring. Always consult the mixture label for specific sowing instructions.
Loosen and weed the soil, scatter the seeds evenly, and press them down lightly (for example, with a roller or plank). Don't cover the seeds too thickly—a thin layer of soil or sand is sufficient. Then water gently and keep the soil moist for the first few weeks.
A flower meadow requires little maintenance.
Mow or prune once or twice a year: the first time after flowering (late summer) and possibly again in spring. Leave the grass clippings for a few days to allow seeds to germinate, then remove them to maintain healthy soil.
