A very popular variety in professional cultivation, it produces abundant long pods with large peas of excellent flavour, both raw and cooked.
What makes Oskar special is its resistance to the notorious Fusarium wilt and its exceptional ability to cope with all climatic conditions.
Oskar thrives from southern Turkey to Scandinavia with excellent harvests.
Sow thinly in rows from April to June in a sunny spot, 30–40 cm between rows, with row spacing approximately 4–5 cm. Harvest period: from late June to August.
Plant height: approximately 60–70 cm.
In general, peas require little to no fertilizer.
