Yualing F1 – Handy, excellent nutmeg pumpkin.

Yualing F1 is an excellent butternut squash, weighing around 4 kg (9 lbs) and ideally sized. The fruits are numerous and initially dark green with light speckles, turning light brown when fully ripe.

With a ripening period of around 100 days, Yualing F1 can also be grown well in Central Europe.

Yualing F1 is growing strongly.

Cucurbita moschata requires a lot of warmth and is therefore best cultivated in advance. Varieties with a ripening time of up to 110 days also thrive in colder regions.

Optimal germination occurs at 24–30°C. When sowing, hold the pointed end of the seed downward or lay it flat. Do not keep the seed too moist. After germination, place it in a bright, cool location.

For Yualing F1 we ​​recommend approximately 2–3 m² per plant.
