Victory F1 is a uniform, manageable butternut.
The fruits, which are about 20 cm long, are numerous and form quite early, ripening in about 90 days. They are a very good size, weighing approximately 1.2–1.4 kg.
Maturation time: 90 days.
Victory F1 ranks moderately.
Cucurbita moschata requires a lot of warmth and is therefore best cultivated in advance. Varieties with a ripening time of up to 110 days also thrive in colder regions.
Optimal germination occurs at 24–30°C. When sowing, hold the pointed end of the seed downward or lay it flat. Do not keep the seed too moist. After germination, place it in a bright, cool location.
For Victory F1 we recommend 2–3 square meters per plant.
Possible pests: snails, birds, mice, aphids, mildew, viruses.
