Butterscotch is a new variety with very good, rich and sweet flesh.
The fruits weigh approximately 600–900 grams. Fruit size is also influenced by planting distance; plants planted closer together produce smaller fruits.
The plants are resistant to powdery mildew. The fruits retain their good flavor for about three months after harvest, after which the quality of the flesh deteriorates due to dehydration.

Maturation time: 95 days.
Butterscotch F1 grows as a short climbing plant.
Cucurbita moschata needs a lot of warmth and is therefore best sown early. Varieties with a maturation time of up to 110 days also do well in colder regions.
Optimal germination: 24–30°C. When sowing, hold the pointed end of the seed downward or lay it flat. Do not keep the seed too moist. After germination, place it in a bright, cooler location.
For Butterscotch F1 we recommend 1 m² per plant.
