Crocosmia Babylon is a modern Montbretia that provides a striking splash of color in the garden during the summer months. This robust summer bloomer forms beautiful, dense flower clusters on long, sturdy stems. The bright orange flowers with a dark center give Crocosmia Babylon a warm and exotic appearance. An excellent choice for borders, flowerbeds, and pots on the patio or balcony.
The fresh, bright green leaves are long and graceful, strongly reminiscent of gladiolus leaves. As a result, Crocosmia Babylon already has an attractive, elegant appearance even before the flowers are fully open. The flowers are located mainly on one side of the long flower stalks, creating the characteristic shape of Crocosmia.
