Zora is a small-headed white cabbage that requires little space and matures quickly. The slightly elliptical heads have a delicate flavor and are particularly suitable for salads. It's a variety that can also be grown in modern square beds.
Zora is particularly suitable for early cultivation. Late harvests can develop loose heads in hot summers. Zora has a short shelf life.
Sow from February to mid-July, preferably with a pre-sowing seed, then transplant outdoors. Plant approximately 35 x 40 cm apart. Harvest takes place approximately 70–75 days after transplanting.
White cabbage is a heavy eater and must be supplied with sufficient nutrients.
