Tried and tested red pot and balcony tomatoes

Vilma is a compact tomato for pots or balcony boxes. The fruits, which weigh about 15 g, are very flavorful. It's an ideal variety for pots or balcony boxes and a nice complement to the orange and yellow varieties Aztek and Venus.

Height up to approx. 40 cm.

Sow at 20–25°C from February to the end of March, then cultivate from February to April, transplanting after the last frost. Harvesting takes place from late July to September.

Tomatoes prefer sunny, sheltered locations. The soil should be loose, humus-rich, and nutritious.

Tomato plants require a lot of water. Never water them with cold tap water; the water should be at least room temperature. Always keep the leaves dry to reduce the risk of tomato rot.
