Description

San Marzano hybrid – Sibari.

A vigorous and robust San Marzano hybrid with limited growth. Delicious, typical fruits of about 100 grams, fully colored at harvest.

Sibari's growth is limited (determinate); the plant should not be allowed to become overgrown, but it does need support. It also grows well in a sufficiently large pot. Resistant to Fusarium and Verticillium wilt.

Sow at 20–25°C from February to the end of March, then cultivate from February to April, transplanting after the last frost. Harvesting takes place from late July to September.

Tomatoes prefer sunny, sheltered locations. The soil should be loose, humus-rich, and nutritious.

Tomato plants require a lot of water. Never water them with cold tap water; the water should be at least room temperature. Always ensure the leaves remain dry to reduce the risk of tomato rot.
