Description

Robust, large beefsteak tomato.

A very robust beefsteak tomato from the US. Originally bred for very hot regions, this variety also produces tasty, red, slightly ribbed fruits in Central European climates, weighing approximately 250 to 1,000 grams, and grows vigorously outdoors.

Also suitable for greenhouse and protected cultivation.

Sow at 20–25°C from February to the end of March, then cultivate from February to April, transplanting into the ground after the last frost. Harvesting takes place from late July to September.

Tomatoes prefer sunny, sheltered locations. The soil should be loose, humus-rich, and nutrient-rich.

Tomato plants require a lot of water. Never water them with cold tap water. The water should be at least room temperature. Always ensure the leaves remain dry to reduce the risk of tomato rot.
