The Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) 'Goldkrone' is a proven German variety known for its exceptionally high yield and reliable growth. This yellow cherry tomato produces large quantities of small, round tomatoes with a pleasant, fresh flavor. Thanks to its early ripening, Goldkrone is particularly suitable for outdoor cultivation, but it also performs excellently in a polytunnel or glasshouse.
Goldkrone forms numerous clusters of small, evenly shaped yellow tomatoes weighing about 15 to 20 grams each. The thin-skinned fruits are juicy and have a mildly sweet, aromatic tomato flavor. Their compact size makes them perfect as a snack and a favorite with children.
Its enormous production makes Goldkrone a true mass-producer. Throughout the season, the plant continues to produce new bunches, resulting in a long-lasting and bountiful harvest.

Goldkrone is a vine tomato with vigorous, upright growth. The plant grows continuously and typically reaches a height of about 160 to 180 cm. Because of the numerous, heavy trusses, support is necessary, for example with tomato stakes, spirals, or twine.
Thanks to its early development, Goldkrone comes into production quickly, making it ideal for gardeners who also want to harvest tomatoes early outdoors.
