Late blight-resistant red cherry tomato with high Brix value.
Cherry tomato with high resistance to the dreaded late blight. Typically large, red fruits with a very good flavor, weighing approximately 15-20 grams. Long trusses ensure a continuous harvest.
Consuelo F1 is ideal for outdoor cultivation but also thrives in protected crops. It has multiple resistances to various tomato diseases. It has an exceptionally good flavor, with Brix levels between 9 and 11.
Sow at 20-25°C from February to the end of March, then sow from February to April, planting outdoors after the last frost. Harvest takes place from late July to September.
Tomatoes prefer a sunny, sheltered location. The soil should be loose, humus-rich, and nutrient-rich.
Tomato plants require a lot of water. Never water them with cold tap water. The water should be at least room temperature. Always ensure the leaves remain dry to reduce the risk of tomato rot.
