Bolstar Granda is a new variety from organic breeding. With Bolstar Granda, the Dutch breeder has placed particular emphasis on plant health.
The typical red salad tomatoes weigh about 100-120 grams and form up to 9 fruits per truss.
Multi-resistant, including resistance to Fusarium, Verticillium, velvet spot, and viral diseases. Suitable for outdoor and protected cultivation.
Sow at 20-25°C from February to the end of March, then sow from February to April, planting outdoors after the last frost. Harvest takes place from late July to September.
Tomatoes prefer a sunny, sheltered location. The soil should be loose, humus-rich, and nutrient-rich.
Tomato plants require a lot of water. Never water them with cold tap water. The water should be at least room temperature. Always ensure the leaves remain dry to reduce the risk of tomato rot.
