Aromatic, dark salad tomato with stripes.
Black Zebra is a strikingly beautiful, dark red tomato with green stripes. These typical salad tomatoes weigh about 90-110 grams and have a very good tomato flavor.
Black Zebra is a mid-season tomato and thrives in the ground, but like all tomatoes, it thrives in a warm and sunny spot. Black Zebra can also be grown in a greenhouse.
Sow at 20-25°C from February to the end of March, then sow from February to April, planting outdoors after the last frost. Harvest takes place from late July to September.
Tomatoes prefer a sunny, sheltered location. The soil should be loose, humus-rich, and nutrient-rich.
Tomato plants require a lot of water. Never water them with cold tap water. The water should be at least room temperature. Always ensure the leaves remain dry to reduce the risk of tomato rot.
