Big League F1 is a beefsteak tomato with a limited growth, reaching a height of around 120 cm. This characteristic makes it ideal for growing in large pots or as a stable outdoor tomato.
The red fruits, which weigh up to 400 grams, are also planted abundantly and early.
Due to the size of the fruit, Big League requires support.
Sow at 20-25°C from February to the end of March, then sow from February to April, planting outdoors after the last frost. Harvest takes place from late July to September.
Tomatoes prefer a sunny, sheltered location. The soil should be loose, humus-rich, and nutrient-rich.
Tomato plants require a lot of water. Never water them with cold tap water. The water should be at least room temperature. Always ensure the leaves remain dry to reduce the risk of tomato rot.
