These decorative eggplants are about 5-7 cm long and also produce long-lasting fruits.

They ripen from green striped to orange striped.

Striped Toga is well suited to container cultivation and likes warm, sunny spots.

Harvest: In the greenhouse from the end of July, outside from mid-August.

The fruits are edible and have an intense, but not bitter, taste.

Sow with pre-cultivation from the end of February.

Plant out in the greenhouse or outdoors from May onwards.

Planting on mulch provides extra warmth in cold areas.
