Conical, violet-blue skin, pure white inside. Flesh with a spicy but not hot flavor. Blue Autumn and Winter also store well.
Sowing takes place outdoors from June to July, with a distance of 20–30 cm between rows and 20 cm within the row. Harvesting takes place from September to October, depending on the sowing date.
Radishes should always be well watered, not harvested when overripe, and never allowed to dry out, as this will lead to pungency and woodiness.
