Purple radish.
A bright purple, mildly spicy radish that hardly becomes fibrous. A vibrant addition to a colorful and varied plate. Suitable for all seasons, very robust.
The seeds are sown both outdoors and in greenhouses from late February to late August as direct row sowing, 20 cm apart, 3 cm thinly spaced within the row. Harvest takes place approximately 30–35 days after sowing.
If you sow seeds every 3 weeks you will always have fresh radishes.
Radishes should always be well watered, not harvested when overripe, and never allowed to dry out, as this will lead to pungency and woodiness.
