A fine radish for spring to autumn.
Ester is a fast-maturing radish suitable for outdoor cultivation from spring to autumn. It's a firm, crimson radish with a lovely round shape. The radishes remain firm and tender for a long time. Ester grows very quickly and is perfect for successive sowings every two weeks for a continuous and regular harvest.
Sowing takes place outdoors and in greenhouses from late February to early September. Sow directly in rows, 20 cm apart, 3 cm thinly spaced within the row. Harvesting takes place from late April to October.
Radishes should always be well watered, not harvested when overripe, and never allowed to dry out, as this will lead to pungency and woodiness.
