The young leaves are chartreuse with a subtle burgundy hue. The mature foliage is primarily burgundy, especially in full sun. The plants finish the season almost the same bronze-purple color as Purple Majesty.
Jester blooms 7 to 10 days later than Purple Baron and Purple Majesty, and stays compact for longer.
