Helianthus SunFill™ Purple is a fast growing sunflower that produces sturdy, 8–10 cm (3–4″) tall, bright green geometric flower heads, ideal for use as filler in bouquets.

The pollenless flowers look a bit upside down, as if you were looking at the beautiful back of a sunflower.

The stems are cut when the buds are fully developed, but before flowering, to add a fantastic new accent to your arrangements.

The harvest window depends on the desired bud size. Cut early for small buds, wait a little longer (before flowering) for larger buds.

If left in the field, small petals (which were hidden beneath the calyx) and a large seed head develop, changing the appearance of the flower.
