Wolf is a very decorative pumpkin of size 10–12 kg.
Excellent color and solid stems make this variety a real eye-catcher in decoration. The solid flesh makes it a very stable, vigorous variety with a late ripening period and plenty of room.
Halloween pumpkin with high decorative value, partly suitable for use in the kitchen.
Maturation time: 120 days.
Wolf ranks strong.
C. pepo grows well in warm, well-drained soils. Sow from late April or direct sow from early May.
Optimal germination occurs at 24–30°C. When sowing, hold the pointed end of the seed downward or lay it flat. Do not keep the seed too moist. After germination, place it in a bright, cooler location.
For Wolf we recommend 3–5 square meters per plant.
Possible pests: snails, birds, mice, aphids, mildew, viruses.
