Eye-catcher of the highest class.
A beautiful, very robust, dark orange colored lantern pumpkin with warts that remain green for a very long time.
The plants grow bushy and compact, and bear one to two fruits, usually just one. However, these are of exceptionally high quality. The fruits weigh approximately 4 to 8 kg. Warty Goblin F1 is resistant to powdery mildew.
Warty Goblin F1 is a purely decorative pumpkin.
Maturation period: 95–100 days.
Warty Goblin F1 grows bushy.
C. pepo grows well in warm, well-drained soils. Sow early and plant out from late April or sow directly from early May.
Optimal germination occurs at 24–30°C. When sowing, place the pointed end of the seed downward or lay it flat. Do not keep the seed too moist. After germination, place it in a bright, cooler location.
For Warty Goblin F1 we recommend approximately 1 square meter of space per plant.
Possible pests: snails, birds, mice, aphids, mildew, viruses.
