A beautiful, light yellow pumpkin with dark yellow stripes.
The beautiful warm color, the ribbed shape and the small size with a diameter of approximately 10 cm make this variety particularly suitable for decorative purposes.
This variety has also become well-known and popular because it can be prepared whole as a microwaveable pumpkin. It's a variety that lends itself particularly well to stuffing.
Maturation time: 100 days.
Moderate climbing growth behaviour.
C. pepo grows well in warm, well-drained soils, pre-cultivated and planted out by sowing from late April or direct sowing from early May.
Optimal germination occurs at 24–30°C. When sowing, place the pointed end of the seed downward or lay it flat. Do not keep the seed too moist. After germination, place it in a bright, cooler location.
The planting distance for pumpkins depends on the climbing growth pattern.
Possible pests: snails, birds, mice, aphids, mildew, viruses.
