Handy spaghetti squash.
A small, orange-colored spaghetti squash with compact growth. Orangetti is a unique mini spaghetti squash with an average weight of approximately 600 grams.
The plants grow compactly and form short vines. The bright orange fruits are an ideal portion size and can even be microwaved.
Maturation time: 85 days.
Growth habit: bushy.
C. pepo grows well in warm, well-drained soils, pre-cultivated and planted out by sowing from late April or direct sowing from early May.
Optimal germination occurs at 24–30°C. When sowing, place the pointed end of the seed downward or lay it flat. Do not keep the seed too moist. After germination, place it in a bright, cooler location.
For Orangetti F1 we recommend approximately 1 m² per plant.
Possible pests: snails, birds, mice, aphids, mildew, viruses.
