Very uniform pumpkin in standard size.
Very beautiful, uniform, and round fruits. Deep orange, lightly ribbed with a beautiful stem. At 5.5–7 kg, ideal for the standard size.
Semi-shrub, short tendrils, good yield with high harvest reliability.
Hermes F1 is suitable for consumption but not recommended.
Maturation period: 90–95 days.
Hermes F1 ranks compact.
C. pepo grows well in warm, well-drained soils, pre-cultivated and planted out by sowing from late April or direct sowing from early May.
Optimal germination occurs at 24-30°C. When sowing, place the pointed end of the seed downward or lay it flat. Do not keep the seed too moist. After germination, place it in a bright, cooler location.
For Hermes F1 we recommend 1–2 square meters per plant.
Possible pests: snails, birds, mice, aphids, mildew, viruses.
