Half Pint F1 produces abundant, beautiful, uniform, round mini pumpkins weighing 400 to 700 grams on bush-shaped plants.
The small fruits, which have a beautiful stem, are very suitable for carving and painting.
Half Pint F1 can also be used in the kitchen, e.g. for filling.
Maturation time: 80 days.
Half Pint F1 grows in a bush form.
C. pepo grows well in warm, well-drained soils, pre-cultivated and planted out by sowing from late April or direct sowing from early May.
Optimal germination occurs at 24-30°C. When sowing, place the pointed end of the seed downward or lay it flat. Do not keep the seed too moist. After germination, place it in a bright, cooler location.
We recommend approximately 1 square meter per plant for Half Pint F1.
Possible pests: snails, birds, mice, aphids, mildew, viruses.
