This pumpkin immediately stands out.
A striking, somewhat teardrop-shaped pumpkin, beautifully ribbed and dark orange. The fruits weigh around 5 kg and are very durable.
The stem is beautifully shaped. The plants grow healthily and compactly, producing about three fruits per plant.
The variety is suitable for consumption, for example in pumpkin soup.
Maturation time: 95 days.
Gumdrop F1 ranks short.
C. pepo grows well in warm, well-drained soils, pre-cultivated and planted out by sowing from late April or direct sowing from early May.
Optimal germination occurs at 24-30°C. When sowing, place the pointed end of the seed downward or lay it flat. Do not keep the seed too moist. After germination, place it in a bright, cooler location.
For Gumdrop F1 PMT we recommend approximately 1 square meter per plant.
Possible pests: snails, birds, mice, aphids, mildew, viruses.
