Gremlins grows moderately to vigorously as a vine, meaning the plants can have both bushy and vining characteristics, depending on the available space and support. For optimal growth, we recommend giving the plants plenty of space, with the planting distance depending on the vining behavior of the individual varieties within the mixture.
This variety thrives in warm, well-drained soil. It can be pre-grown and planted out later, or sown directly from early May. Optimal germination occurs at 24–30°C (75–86°F), with the seed placed pointed-side down or flat. Ensure the seed doesn't remain too moist to prevent mold and rot. After germination, the young plants can be moved to a brighter, cooler location for healthy, vigorous growth.
