Cucurbita pepo Glow F1 is a striking and versatile patisson variety that offers both ornamental and culinary uses. This F1 hybrid variety is known for its bright yellow-orange color, uniform shape, and attractive fruits. Glow F1 produces beautiful, well-formed patissons with a diameter of approximately 15–18 cm. The variety stands out for its bright colors, with yellow and orange creating a vibrant contrast. A dark green spot is often found in the center, making the berries particularly decorative. This combination makes Glow F1 particularly suitable for vegetable gardens, market sales, agricultural workshops, and creative kitchen displays.

Glow F1 grows like a bush, making it suitable for both small vegetable gardens and larger growing areas. This compact growth allows for multiple plants to be planted close together, increasing yield per square meter. For optimal development, we recommend approximately 1 m² per plant. This provides ample space for healthy leaves, good air circulation, and firm fruits.
Like all Cucurbita pepo varieties, Glow F1 thrives in warm, well-drained soil. It can be pre-grown and planted outdoors from late April, or sown directly in the ground from early May.
Optimal germination occurs at a temperature of 24–30°C. When sowing, it's important to point the pointed end of the seed downward or lay it flat. Keep the soil slightly moist, but not too wet, to prevent rot. After germination, the young plants are best placed in a brighter, cooler location to encourage strong, compact growth.
