Very uniform pumpkin in standard size.
An enrichment in the most popular size, weighing between 6 and 7.5 kg. Slightly spherical, beautifully colored and ribbed, with a lovely stem.
Gives a good yield with firm fruits and a high harvest reliability in trial cultivation.
Maturation time: 100 days.
Garnet Gold F1 grows compact.
C. pepo grows well in warm, well-drained soils, pre-grown and planted by sowing from late April or direct sowing from early May.
Optimal germination occurs at 24–30°C. When sowing, place the pointed end of the seed downward or flatten it. Do not keep the seed too moist. After germination, place it in a bright, cooler location.
For Garnet Gold F1 we recommend 1–2 m² per plant.
Possible pests: snails, birds, mice, aphids, mildew, viruses.
