A new bicolor variety, yellow with dark orange stripes. The fruits are very round, lightly ribbed, and about 8–10 cm in diameter.
Flame F1 has a short tendril, grows very healthily and is resistant to powdery mildew (PMT).
Flame F1 promises a high yield. With a maturation time of 90 days, it's comparable to other main varieties. It's also very well-suited for culinary use.

C. pepo grows well in warm, well-drained soils, pre-grown and planted by sowing from late April or direct sowing from early May.
Optimal germination occurs at 24–30°C. When sowing, place the pointed end of the seed downward or flatten it. Do not keep the seed too moist. After germination, place it in a bright, cooler location.
For Flame F1 we recommend 1–2 m² per plant.
Possible pests: snails, birds, mice, aphids, mildew, viruses.
