Big Doris F1 is one of the most productive large slicing pumpkins. Fairly uniform, very round fruits with a beautiful color weigh between 10 and 15 kg, depending on growing conditions. Good stem and strong vine growth.

C. pepo grows well in warm, well-drained soil, with pre-cultivation and planting out by sowing from late April or by direct sowing from early May.
Optimal germination temperature: 24–30°C. Sow with the pointed end of the seed facing down or lay it flat. Don't keep the seed too moist. After germination, place it in a bright, cool place.
For Big Doris F1 we recommend approx. 2 m² per plant.
Possible pests: snails, birds, mice, aphids, mildew, viruses.
