Beautiful, distinct, beige-brown, elongated acorn fruits, weighing about 600–900 grams and very decorative.
Excellent for filling and preparing. Halved, hollowed out, and baked in the oven, it makes a delicious side dish reminiscent of a baked potato.
The plants grow in a shrubby, short-stalked form and are very productive.
Maturation time: 90 days.
Baked Potato F1 grows compact with very short tendrils.
C. pepo grows well in warm, well-drained soil, with pre-cultivation and planting out by sowing from late April or by direct sowing from early May.
Optimal germination temperature: 24–30°C. Sow with the pointed end of the seed facing down or lay it flat. Don't keep the seed too moist. After germination, place it in a bright, cool place.
For Baked Potato F1 we recommend 1 square meter of space per plant.
Possible pests: snails, birds, mice, aphids, mildew, viruses.
