Description

Charlotte F1 is an extra-early, highly productive multi-fruit variety.

Charlotte F1 is a true highlight among pickling cucumbers, comparable to the Excelsior F1 variety. Charlotte F1 produces multiple cucumbers in a single leaf axil. Their compact growth makes the plants very easy to harvest. Charlotte F1 has primarily female flowers and is free of bitter substances. Charlotte F1 is highly resistant to powdery mildew, downy mildew, viruses, and cucumber diseases, among other things.

Sow pre-grown seeds or sow directly with 2-3 seeds per plot, planting from mid-May at a spacing of 150 x 30 cm. Harvesting will take place continuously from July to October.

Pickling cucumbers appreciate a good and balanced supply of nutrients, as well as regular watering during dry periods, which ensures a continuous and rich harvest.
