The early, small snack and salad cucumber Beth Alpha is a versatile, smaller cucumber that is best harvested at a size of 15 cm. A robust variety, named after the kibbutz where it was developed, it thrives both outdoors and in greenhouses.
Sow indoors at 22-25°C from March to May, followed by pre-cultivation and transplanting. Direct sowing with 1-2 seeds per pot is also possible. Harvesting takes place continuously from early July to October.
