Extra early, high-yielding Galia melon.
Tenor F1 is an extra-early, reliable and high-yielding Galia-type melon.
The yellow-marked fruits reach a weight of about 1 to 1.5 kg and have a white-green, aromatic and sweet flesh.
Tenor F1 is equipped with many natural resistances, including against Fusarium, powdery mildew and viral diseases.
Like all melons, it needs a warm location and some care.
Melons grow moderately and need about 1 square meter per plant.
Melons love a mulch film.
In a nice, warm summer, the pulp contains more sugar than in a cold summer.
The seeds can be sown indoors from early April at 24-28°C, directly with 1-2 seeds per small pot (do not keep the pots too damp), or outdoors from mid-May in a warm location. Harvesting takes place from mid-July in warm locations.
Possible pests: aphids, mice, mildew.
