Early cantaloupe with a safe harvest;
Talisman F1 is an early and uniform cantaloupe melon with beautifully reticulated fruits with green grooves, weighing approximately 1.3-1.5 kg.
The flesh is bright orange and very tasty.
Talisman F1 is equipped with many natural resistances, including against Fusarium, powdery mildew and viral diseases.
Like all melons, it needs a warm location and some care.
Melons grow moderately and need about 1 square meter per plant.
Melons love a mulch film.
In a nice, warm summer, the pulp contains more sugar than in a cold summer.
The seeds can be sown indoors from early April at 24-28°C, directly with 1-2 seeds per small pot (do not keep the pots too damp), or outdoors from mid-May in a warm location. Harvesting takes place from mid-July in warm locations.
Possible pests: aphids, mice, mildew.
