Stellio F1 is a top-quality melon variety. The fruits, which weigh about 1 kg, are very sweet and flavorful.
On average, one plant produces 3-4 fruits. Stellio F1 grows very well outdoors. In cooler locations, pre-cultivation with transplanting is recommended.
Stellio F1 is resistant to aphids and mildew.
Maturation time: approx. 85 days.
Melons grow moderately and need about 1-2 square meters per plant.
Melons love a mulch film.
In a nice, warm summer, the pulp contains more sugar than in a cold summer.
The seeds can be sown indoors from early April at 24-28°C, directly with 1-2 seeds per small pot (do not keep the pots too damp), or outdoors from mid-May in a warm location. Harvesting takes place from July in warm locations.
