Coriander leaves are used like parsley for seasoning. They pair perfectly with salads, marinades, spicy dishes, fish, stews, and even sweet dishes. The leaves have digestive and calming effects.
Coriander loves sun and needs space. The seeds, harvested later, are used in many culinary ways.
Sow: Directly outdoors, 2–3 seeds spaced 20 x 25 cm apart. Germination period: approx. 15–20 days at 10–25 °C.
Harvest period: continuously from June to October.
