Better known as Shasta Daisy. Large, showy white flowers with yellow centers, typical of daisies, usually about 3 to 4 inches (7.5 to 10 cm) in diameter. The petals are pure white and arranged radially around a golden-yellow central disk.

Shasta daisies prefer full sun but tolerate light shade, although flowering may be reduced in lower light. Regular watering is important, especially during dry spells, but once established, the plant is fairly drought-tolerant.

Longer flowering period if you regularly remove spent flowers (deadheading).
