Bonbon forms semi-tall, sprawling plants with small, round, spherical, bright yellow fruits.
Ripens from green to yellow. Excellent for preserving and stuffing.
Very high yield. Diameter 2–3.5 cm.
Bonbon is also suitable for outdoor cultivation in sheltered, warm locations.
Sow: from February to March at 22–24 °C indoors.
Plant out: from mid-May at 40 x 60 cm spacing. Harvest: from mid-August.
Keep the soil evenly moist, but not too wet. Fertilize regularly with humus-rich, nutrient-rich soil. Pepper plants need warmth. Best location: full sun in a south-facing position or in a polytunnel.
Pepper plants are frost sensitive.
Height: approximately 70 cm outdoors, higher in the greenhouse.
