Thor F1 is an Italian variety with very large, red fruits.
The thick-walled, highly aromatic fruits grow up to 25 cm long.
Excellent as a snack pepper and sweet pepper.
We recommend Astor F1 as the yellow counterpart.
Sow from February to March at 22–24°C, transplant from mid-May at a spacing of 40 x 60 cm. Harvest from July to early October.
Keep the soil evenly moist, but not too wet. Fertilize regularly and use humus-rich, nutrient-rich soil. Bell peppers need warmth. Best location: full sun in a south-facing position or in a polytunnel.
Peppers are sensitive to frost.
Height outside approximately 60 cm, higher in the greenhouse.
