Outdoor peppers with long, slender fruits.
High-yielding pepper that grows well outdoors.
The slender, slightly curved fruits grow up to 25 cm long and are quite fleshy with a wall thickness of about 4 mm.
Change colour from light green to light red, with the fruits tasting best when green.
The plants need a warm location and support. They are also suitable for greenhouse cultivation.
Sow from February to March at 22–24°C, transplant from mid-May at a spacing of 40 x 60 cm. Harvest from July to early October.
Keep the soil evenly moist, but not too wet. Fertilize regularly and use humus-rich, nutrient-rich soil. Bell peppers need warmth. Best location: full sun in a south-facing position or in a polytunnel.
Peppers are sensitive to frost.
Height outside approx. 60–70 cm, higher in the greenhouse.
