Very early, high-yielding outdoor pepper.
Sakura is a very early, red-ripening pointed pepper with smaller fruits of approximately 80 g.
The fruits turn from light yellow to dark red, making them fully ripe for harvest.
Thanks to its early ripening and compact growth, Sakura is also ideal for growing in pots.
Sakura is highly productive and reliable.
Sow from February to March at 22–24°C, transplant from mid-May at a spacing of 40 x 60 cm. Harvest from mid-August.
Keep the soil evenly moist, but not too wet. Fertilize regularly and use humus-rich, nutrient-rich soil. Bell peppers need warmth. Best location: full sun in a south-facing position or in a polytunnel.
Peppers are sensitive to frost.
Height outside approximately 60 cm, higher in the greenhouse.
