Granova is a red pepper that shows its strength especially outdoors.
The block-shaped fruits of about 200 grams are formed early and abundantly, are thick-walled and change colour from light green to red.
The fruits are ready for harvest when they are red in colour.
Grows very well in warm locations outside, otherwise also does well in a greenhouse.
Sow from February to March at 22–24°C, transplant from mid-May at a spacing of 40 x 60 cm. Harvest from mid-August.
Keep the soil evenly moist, but not too wet. Fertilize regularly and use humus-rich, nutrient-rich soil. Peppers need warmth. Best location: full sun in a south-facing position or in a polytunnel.
Peppers are sensitive to frost.
Height outside approximately 60 cm, higher in the greenhouse.
