A particularly tender, structured Savoy cabbage in which individual leaves can be harvested.
Almost disappeared from gardens, but nowadays it is a real trendy vegetable.
Harvesting can be done as needed and over a long period. Harvest the leaves from the outside in, ultimately ending with the remaining cabbage head. Winter-hardy in mild locations or with protection.
Sow from March to early June using pre-sowing; then transplant at a spacing of 50–60 x 50 cm. Harvest takes place from June to late November, depending on the sowing date.
Savoy cabbage is a heavy eater and must be supplied with sufficient nutrients.
