Brassica Empire Sofia has white leaves with fresh, green outer leaves and – at a later stage – a light pink blush in the heart.

The leaves are round and form a compact rosette, with early to mid-early leaf colouring.

The Brassica Empire series is the latest generation of high-quality ornamental cabbages, which has quickly made a name for itself. Brassica Empire is now highly valued within the supply chain.

Extensive breeding efforts have resulted in a Brassica series with a great appearance, long, sturdy stems of at least 80 cm and a harder leaf structure.

Sow outdoors in spring, then continue sowing in the greenhouse in summer. With a cultivation period of just 14 to 16 weeks, a high degree of uniformity, and ideal stem length, Brassica Empire guarantees an efficient harvest and a higher average harvestable percentage.

After harvesting, the vase life of the Empire series is also above average.
